We aren't releasing this information until we are ready with our 877 number. However, in advance, Dave (CC) and I decided we would release the contact address for Mootropolis.
Since we are somewhat scattered around the country (and outside in 2 cases) we have decided to make California our primary contact. We are doing this for a variety of reasons that will be clear in the near future.

Once we have established the 877 number and have the services setup we will release all of this publicly.
As I stated many months ago when we began setting up "stampede" we would establish a customer support system. While we are not ready with stampede we are working on the "other" project Dave keeps talking about. Around the first of the month the first customizations will be done and the site should be ready (first week).
The second customization will be store fronts for the site, and then we have to add About Me pages. All of which has already been paid for it's just a matter of the scheduling with the programmers.
We will also be adding a "tech support" system for all our sites. It will allow you to submit a trouble ticket for just about any area. The final touch will be live online support. Though we will have to test that more and get additional assistance to man that part.
Many are talking about our "last ditch effort" to keep Moo alive. This is far from the truth. We are just NOW being able to get things done as we had to take care of a few details along the way that took time. All those months of talk are going to eventually pay off.
I am also CERTAIN that our next few efforts (sites and improvements) will be met with great criticism. I don't care. We are going to stick with this one no matter what. Let the criticism come because we are just going to pound away and keep going.
I appreciate the support so far. Dave has done a lot to expand the effort and our finances which is why more things are happening. We are about to become the only site that truly will have deeper pockets to market things. And the timing is right. If we work on the site and make sure all the "bugs" are out of it for the next two months it will be ready just before X-Mas to REALLY market and get exposure.
Finally I got an e-mail asking what the purpose of the renovation of Mootropolis.com was exactly? Just to become another search engine? No, it is not in competition with Google. What it is to become (and the foundation is now set) is a review site for many different sites, and to include quality links to sites that interest our members. It is not a catch all search engine.
Most search engines, including google, don't allow for user reviews. We are going to EXPAND on that concept. In addition the site can be made to do so much more.
I will give you an example of what one company did with the same script:

This is the exact same (expensive) script with modifications (some we are paying for heavily). We are beta testing right now additional modifications. There is a LOT we can do with this script and expand Mootropolis into a very nice portal.
I am addressing this to our MooStore owners for a reason. The number one reason is that the majority of you are avid supporters and deserve to know what we are doing and that we are going to do more. While I can't disclose everything (one site is going to mildy shock you) we are working on, we are not sitting still.
